We offer comprehensive speech and language IEEs in order to provide expert review/objective evaluation of your child's needs, similar to how a doctor might give a second opinion on a medical diagnoses. This comprehensive outside evaluation can help insure your child's IEP is thorough and effective, and ultimately empowers your child to achieve their full potential throughout their school years. Consultation
We provide brief phone consultations to answer your questions about speech therapy. During the consultation, we can discuss your concerns and if further evaluation and/ or intervention is needed.Speech Therapy.
Evaluation
We complete an in-depth speech and language evaluation to determine a diagnosis and specific areas of need. Speech and language assessments may be administered in the English and Russian languages. Based on the results of the assessment, a comprehensive report with recommendations is prepared. Speech Therapy.
Therapy
We create an individualized treatment plan with specific goals to meet your or your loved one needs. We also provide speech practice packets between sessions to promote faster generalization and progress. Therapy sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes long and might be in person (in-home/ community, for example, parks or libraries) or virtual. The frequency of sessions depends on the needs, goals, and prognosis. Speech Therapy.
